2021 Texas Law

November 1, 2021 is the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s deadline for utilities to identify critical assets needed to maintain operations during emergencies and submit them to electrical providers. This identification and confirmation process will help you update your Emergency Preparedness Plan (EPP) to meet additional requirements of Senate Bill 3 (SB3) due next year.
