Linda Warren, P.E.

After founding Launch, Linda has enthusiastically led the team for over 15 years. She is a dynamic meeting facilitator and water resource engineer, specializing in local government strategic planning and resilience. Her over 30 years of experience with communities involves consensus-building with many locality departments. Her interactive workshops bring positive outcomes with local, state, and federal government staff and community members.
Linda is widely recognized as a national expert in the preparedness field. She developed and instructed course material for the American Water Works Association (AWWA) Risk and Resilience Certificate Program and previously served as the Chair of the AWWA Emergency Preparedness and Security Committee.
Linda holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the College of William and Mary.
